Doubt it mate, you could do with a faster processor and a graphics card that's not integrated.

Motherboard must be very old ;/
I'm not sure Windows 7 would be good system for this pc.

To play a modern games, you need at least 2-core processor and stronger graphic card -> minimun Nvidia 8800 GT and higher.

Agreed, That PC is not good enough to run OMSI, even with CPU and GPU upgrades it won't perform well.

I think you should have a new PC not an old one.

Ideally if your budget is big enough you should go for

AMD Phenom II X4 or X6
2 x 1TB HDD's in Raid for smoother and faster performance.
8GB DDR2 or DDR3 ( depends on motherboard )
A motherboard with a PCI Express X16 or PCI-E 2.0 slot ( for GPU )
And adequate cooling.

I can't advise anymore on this, a lower specification COULD work but is not guaranteed to run very well.

That won't do at all..

Firstly, It's a single core, You need dual core or higher

Secondly, the Graphics are integrated, we all know from experience that Integrated GPU's don't perform very well, Don't expect anything over 7FPS on OMSI with that PC.

I have a GTX 580, and I can just run it in highest graphics at Spandau Rathaus with 25-30 FPS.. so I don't think you should go much lower than that. You can eventually use notebookcheck.com, they have a lot of graphics cards, if it's only for notebooks I'm note sure.

It is a HP HPE 475uk
