Repainting buses with photo images

Hello everybody i was just putting coulers on the buses on paint.net but now i want to put bus liverys on the buses eg: metroline livery but im not sure what to use for the metroline livery do i use images if so do i still use paint.net and if i do how to use paint.net how to i put the photo livery onto the bus
