Textur-Detail-Faktor: hiermit kann eingestellt werden, ob das Objekt als größer oder kleiner angenommen wird beim Wechsel von lowres nach highres-Textur Der Wert wird einfach mit dem in den Graphik-Optionen eingestellten Wert multipliziert, d.h.: * 0.5 = Objekt wird bereits dargestellt, wenn es nur halb so groß ist, wie der eingestellte Wert * 1.0 = Objekt erscheint genau dann, wenn es so groß ist wie eingestellt * 2.0 = Objekt erscheint erst dann, wenn es schon doppelt so groß ist wie eingestellt.

I suggest you contact Rüdiger or Marcel. They can give you accurate information, since the technical handbook containing this kind of information wasn't released yet. The O3D file that contains the 3D model is encrypted, and I couldn't manage how to open it yet.

But here's a little lookahead:
To animate the wheels correctly, you have to properly set the pivot point: In the model.cfg, where the wheels are defined, you'll find something looking lke that: [mesh] wheel.o3d
In this case, all you need to do is to change the x,y,z coordinates to the center of your wheel.

As nice it is to see people making new content for OMSI, it's been precisely 2 weeks and the game has already begun to be ruined by awful and generally inaccurate vBus model conversions? I'm not being mean or anything, but the same thing happened to CBS 2010 and now it's just a minefield of 15 minute crap conversion jobs of really bad looking models from vBus that people are churning out each day. If people do the same here then I think the game's reputation is going to be ruined over time.
My advice would be to find a well modelled bus which is sufficiently detailed, accurate and has good normals and then it can be to as a high standard as the current MAN buses from M & R! The standard has been set high, and vBus models are just going to bring the standard down a lot. Then what will happen is everyone will see all these models and think it's an acceptable standard to have, and everything will end up just as bad as those models.
I'm not trying to discourage you though, it's great that people are taking the time and effort to make modifications for this game. New mods are always welcomed

I can not put x, y, z position of the blender into the game. When I put position to the .cfg, In game, wheels are on a very different place.

In this case, you need the real center of the wheel in Edit mode, not in Object mode. So here all you need is the coorditates uf the center vertex.
And, speaking of coordinates: The general axis convention in OMSI is: X=lateral, Y=longitudinal, Z= height. Your bus is arranged differently and should be turned fo fir the OMSI coordinate system (simplifies exporting a lot!).

I'd say textures not found.
e.g. wrong filename, not in correct path.

Probably the texture normal is pointing the wrong direction. find recalculate normals in blender.

The position of the o3d file can't be changed. This has to be done directly in Blender or other 3D creator.
The set of values defines an animation: The three values after "origin_trans" are the xyz-coordinates of the rotation axis. "origin_rot_xyz" define the rotation vector. The "regular" rotation is around the x axis which points to the right. The door rotates around the vertical axis, so the rotation vector has to be turned by 90° around the y-axis to point up. "anim_rot" telly OMSI that this is a rotational animation (for translational animations, use "anim_trans" "door_0" is the script variable the animation refers to "40" is the rotation/translation ratio (in degrees/meters): A value of "1.0" of the variable "door_0" equals a 40°-rotation of the mesh.
