Walking around

Hey. Will you be able to walk around like in CBS2010 or are you locked in the drivers chair (I know there are other cam angles, but a free walk)?

I think the main reason is also because the character can walk around but it is very slllooowww moving, like a real person. So free view will let you like change buses on-the-fly, so say you are Rathaus Spandau in an old clapped out bus and see a sexy, fully advertered new bus on the other side of the road, you can just jump straight into that bus drove. you are like god!
