Thema: Question about front wheels Di 15 Feb - 20:31
This question has nothing to do with OMSI ,so sorry about that So here it is pictures of three types of front wheels from SD200 and SD202!!
Personaly I don't like that "modified" wheels I prefer one from MAN SL200 or Merc O305
Can anybody tell me what is difference in that wheels expect they are all UGLY... Must be something expect the way they look...

Yeah,only difference is in "beauty".Trilex is the best of that 3 ugly.

it thought it was for the save that no one stole the wheel for example picture 3. there aren't screws.

realy only difference is look... hmm I was thinking that maybe these are "stronger" then other wheels on busses.. Anyway thx on answer

These are the famous "Trilex" rims, although in this case rather called Tublex or Unilex, for they are not segmented and don't need a tube either. These rims were very common on european buses/trucks in the 60s-70s. The BVG continued to use these rims until 1992. The plain rim looks like the one on the third picture. The other pictures show the different covers used on SD202 (kind of ring) and SD200 (kind of "dial plate") to protect the screws.

thx on answer... O305 and Sl200 looking really nice with that wheels
PS: Can you tell me where I can find good photos of old MAN busses like (sl200,su220,sg220,sg240 and so..)
