This is the detination disply controller on the citadinos... Only the upper one... And instead of arrows it has " duas rodas estreitas" to increase or decrease the " flag number "
The other ones have lawo illuminator displays, but I prefer these...
The controller is located inside the first aid kit storage, you open the cover and change it...
On 1 or 2 there is actually a frame so that you do not have to open that cover ...
The tecmic,well... I only know that they start them on the beginning of the route, cople of minutes before, and then it plays a sound when it is time to go... Plus they can report a full bus,a broken or delayed... And it actually changes the bus stops automatically,I believe it works using gps or something cause it really works on real time...
Lastly... We do not have annoucement systems on our buses at Funchal...
Pedro, anything new/anything I can get you ? (im currently in holidays but i intend to return in about a week or so...)
Kind Regards...

Hey Bruno.. I found out those we have aren't with double-blinkers.. you also see that in the first video I posted, just me in a nutshell posting something else claiming that they do have it.. lol. But they don't!
Looks nice and easy with that display thing!

Yes, he told me he is working on a bus from his city, O405 Camo U1001S, if I recall correctly! There is a video on YT about that bus, but I don't think I have the permission to post it unless he does!

Very interesting. Glad to hear that. I saw this video myself, interesting bus!
I've read the whole topic and I have no words to explain the great job Perdo is doing. All textures look great and I can't wait until the ready bus comes out. I know that many users will kill me but I think this should be a payware - such great product shouldn't be free lol

I have found another great source for engine, gearbox sound... From an completely different manufacturer (Setra), and yes gearbox has 5 gears, but the sound between 5 and 6 gears are 101% the same. ;-) Also this video has an excellent sound quality.

I travel with a bus in my city that has the same transmission as the Citadinos (HP604C), and I didn't notice any differences at all. Sound-wise. And I travel with that bus almost every day. ;-)
Maybe in your city, there are some different types of ZF, that may have a similar name, but sound completely different. I will see if I can record the sound of that bus (bus in my avatar) with my crappy phone, so you can hear it. :-)

I remembered another thing regarding Volvo's electronics!
For example, drivers starts to break to slow down at the bus stop, and opens doors too early and the bus is still on the move a bit, this sound is heard which is followed by the red stop sign. I know this is from a truck, but all Volvo dash electronics and sounds are the same!
Here's a excellent quality video with HQ sound, that might help Pedro!
//The sound starts at 0:15
Ahh if u realy want some quality sound's u need to mount the camra on/ beside the gearbox for the best sound's

The transmission is sounding different, even when the name is the same. Our Neoplan N4416 CNG have the same Transmission name, but they sound a bit different

I have processed the sound from this video, and I have that 'warning' sound now, and I am using it.
