Or is there someone who can give me that schript?

The positions of passengers are defined in /Vehicles/MAN_SD200/Model/passengercabin.cfg (replace SD200 with SD202 as you wish). Remember to take backups before you start fiddling with the file.

h Sitzhöhe über Boden (0 = Stehplatz) / Height of sitting from floor. (0 = Standing place)
rot Drehung um z-Achse (Grad, 0 = Fahrtrichtung) / Rotation around Z-axis (degree, 0 = Direction of driving)

managed to add 39 standing passengers on a D92 though...
however, it doesn't look very realistic with the way they walk to these standing positions and if they want to stand near the front door, they will not move in but everyone else boarding will walk through them.

Lol, in real life most people also want to stand in the front while the back is almost empty. So that is actually sort of realistic.
