Raining under the bridge?

While I was playing Spandau in rainy weather, I found that there were still rain droplets beneath the train bridge.
Is there any way to "block" the rain drops from reaching below an object? This is because I want to make an indoor bus terminus.

Sorry if anyone else has asked that question before or it was explained in the manual.

One of the developers recently stated in the German section that this is not possible at the moment.

Other solution: make roof texture with holes, (rusty roof, broken glass) so it'll be normal raining inside
