Movia repaint

Hi can someone please make a movia repaint for the karosa b732 and the man sd 200/202. I have taken some pictures of the net and i know there not a karosa and man but i could not find anyone.. My feelings too... All too often I click thinking we have a new map or repaint to find someone just talking about one or requesting one.. Can we have a 'request' forum to stop these guys?.. and then ban them if they do it again too?
