How do you free move the camera around bus & when your sat in the cab like in this video

push middle mouse and rotate it left or right
to zoom in or out click right mouse bottun and push mouse uo or down

when you say middle mouse do you mean the scroll wheel?

how would i do so on laptop tho?

maybe try to change middle mouse with something else on options/controls
