Marcel already said, all depot buses which are usable, they are already re-fulled, it is enough to drive whole day, of course Bus will lost fuel, but you don't need really to re-full it again, when u are enable to restart the game.

What? Disappointing, Marcel If anything realistic to the end is not it? Clock of the fuel at least work? I mean if there was half a tank of fuel, so he'll see a half?

Disappointing? How the hell that simulator can be dissapointing, because u just don't get a re-fuel station? If u really want have something like this, then u can make special map and script that... Eh :\
